As promised, Bolita’s Tamal Season is here. You will have three opportunities to pickup your holiday tamales and we cannot wait to celebrate with you!!
As a newsletter subscriber, you get a 3 day head start to order before we announce it on Instagram and other platforms. Last year we sold out of savory items within 4 days, so if something looks good, order it. You can always freeze your extras or share with friends.
But first, I wanted to let you all know that we have added a few more seats to our Dinner with My Friend Fernando on Sunday 12/4 from 6-8pm. Our menu is looking great. We have an all seafood feast planned for y’all, and the ocean and rivers and farms are abundant. Drinks and surprises included, and the venue is incredible! Come join us! (PS, if you want to book a table for 4, message me and I can accommodate your own personal table)

Tamal Season!
Tamales are in packs of 6. I will not be offering other sizes as I am trying to keep things as streamlined as possible.
Tamales can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 week or frozen.
Tamales come with heating instructions and are packaged cold.
Pre-Orders are necessary, I cannot guarantee I will have extras at any of our pickups.
I will also have pantry items (beans!), salsas, and champurrado for sale.
We are offering 4 types of savory and 2 sweet.
